You will of course need to study and pass your theory test before you can apply for your practical test.

Aspire can help with this and point you in the right direction with appropriate study materials many of which I can supply at well below high street prices.
You should however get a copy of the Highway Code to start with.

There are many other good publications and DVDs. Some of these I can loan to you for free. Provided that you return them to me in good condition so other pupils can benefit from them!

Currently the fee for the Theory test is £31. So you really only want to take this once and with proper preparation you should only need to take it once.

For your practical test I want to make sure you are ready and are capable of passing.
The current fee is £62 so don’t waste this money by just taking a chance.

You will be Aspiring to be a good safe driver, and taking a chance doesn’t achieve that.

The Driving Standards Agency state that on average a successful candidate on the practical test will have had 45 hours of professional tuition and another 20 or so hours of private practice. We all learn at different rates though and have different abilities; some will take a bit more, some a bit less.

What you will know when you put in for your practical test with Aspire, is that you will be ready and well capable of passing.
